The Newquay Cultivate Project is moving fast with newly recruited Cultivator, Ellen Moule in place to inspire and support young people in the town to make a difference to their community.

Ellen has a background in Theatre and Project Coordination and wants to use her expertise to enable people within the local community  to come up with some great ideas to make positive changes in Newquay, and then work with the rest of the Cultivate team to ensure that those ideas are realised. Ellen has strong contacts within the Newquay community as well as with creative practitioners and organisations that could contribute to the project, giving young people access to resources that could help turn their ideas into a reality. The next step in the Newquay Cultivate Project is to hold a gathering, organised by the young people in the community, to find out what they would like to change and how to make this happen.
