After a successful first wave in east Cornwall, Cultivate is branching out and is looking for new team members to really shake up cultural activity in the west.

Having recruited a new batch of Cultivators with the passion to help young people spearhead their own cultural revolution in Kerrier Carrick and Penwith, Cultivate hopes the new areas will learn from and build on the experiences of north and east Cornwall Cultivate groups and become part of the ever growing Cultivate network.

Through extensive research and development it was found that Kerrier, Carrick and Penwith are all in need of some serious cultural stimulation for young people with interest voiced in filmmaking, theatre, writing, dance and music. However it’s all a blank sheet of paper and the right Cultivator, leading a team of engaged young people, will create and develop tailored platforms and projects in each of the areas.
