Through his wide experience working in the Arts and in events promotion Rick hopes his expertise and enthusiasm will get everyone in the community with an interest in progress to come up with some great ideas and bring about changes. With the rest of the Cultivate team from across Cornwall these ideas can be helped to be realised and brought into effect Rick has knowledge of the local Downderry community and its surrounding area, and can help to bring together interested parties. By networking with creative practitioners and organisations that could contribute to the project he can start to effect change and develop young peoples' ideas and interests across a wide range and so help turn their ideas into reality. By getting young people to organise a gathering in Downderry to discover what interests and ideas there are, they can start to bring about a real change for themselves and make things happen for the community there. |
