The Cultivate team is expanding. Following a successful recruitment drive, the first Cultivators have come onboard to help young people and their communities realise cultural ideas and ambitions.

Gemma Conidis, Ellen Moule and Liz Hawkins, will be the Cultivators for Young Promoters, Newquay and Caradon Hill projects respectively and will also feed into the Cultivate network, adding to the pool of talent, skills and expertise that is powering the Cultivate approach forward.
