Do you want to be part of an exciting community event in 2009?  Would you like to shadow a professional theatre director, designer or writer?   We want to hear from you! 

Caradon Cultivate is involved in a community production celebrating the vibrant history and dramatic landscape of Caradon Hill.  This event will take place in the format of large-scale community play about the rise and fall of the mining communities in this area.  A professional creative team will lead the project and we are looking for young people age 15 and above to "shadow" these artists.  A small stipend is available to cover travel expenses.  The play will be performed at Sterts Theatre during the summer of 2009.  Applications for the "shadow" director position are available now and the deadline is 25^th September 2008.  The application will involve a brief interview with the project director.  The successful team member will be asked to attend the launch of the community play on Saturday, 4^th October.
