Cultivate is a six month rural
youth provision programme that grows from the ground up.

Brought to you by the Real Ideas Organisation, Cultivate works by seeking out young people between 13-21 in identified communities and working with them to develop activity they will engage with.

By connecting in with local organisations, agencies and professionals, Cultivate helps young people access cultural, creative, artistic and entrepreneurial activities in the way that they want to, inspiring them to take ownership and make real, sustainable change happen in their communities.
